Building a product, whether it's a web based or standalone application, is not the goal in itself. The ultimate challenge and success lies in how the product guarantees return on investment (ROI). Providing a positive user experience is both an art and science and carefully done, it can yield profitable results. Below you will find some of the key benefits of good user experience.
